Succulent grilled turkey burgers with red onion, Dijon mustard, tangy sour cream, and melted Swiss cheese, all on pillowy Hawaiian buns. Perfect for a simple and delicious dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 Hawaiian-style hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Mix together turkey, red onion, sour cream, mustard, and steak seasoning until fully combined. Shape the mixture into four patties that are 3/4-inch thick. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with salt.
  • Grill until perfectly cooked, about 5 minutes per side, then top burgers with Swiss cheese right before taking them off the grill. Make sure the thermometer reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when inserted into the center of the burgers.
  • Assemble burgers on buns and enjoy!
