Denver omelette baked on buttery crescent crust - the perfect brunch!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (8 oz) Immaculate Baking Co. Refrigerated Organic Crescent Rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lay out the dough in one flat sheet, pressing it evenly into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Seal any perforations by pressing them together and then prick the dough all over with a fork.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until firm but not golden.
  • In a medium bowl, gently whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper until combined. Pour the mixture over the dough in the pan, then evenly sprinkle chopped bell peppers, onion, ham, and shredded cheese on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the eggs are set and the dough is golden brown. Serve the dish warm or at room temperature.
