Homemade cheesy bread sticks, a tasty copycat of Domino's, with four cheese blend for irresistible late-night snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (11 ounce) package refrigerated French bread dough (such as Pillsbury®)
  • 0.25 cup melted butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch onion powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a large baking sheet.
  • On a flat surface, shape dough into a large rectangle. Brush with 3 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough and top with mozzarella, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Fold dough in half and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.
  • Spread the remaining butter over the dough and generously garnish with Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Use a knife to create cuts every inch across the top for easy pulling apart post baking.
  • Bake in the oven until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, around 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.
