Quick and flavorful Asian noodle bowl with bottled sesame or peanut sauce, an Asian salad kit, and frozen edamame. Just boil noodles and chop cucumber.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup sesame or peanut flavored bottled Asian sauce, such as P.F. Chang's® Sesame Sauce or House of Tsang® Bangkok Peanut Sauce
  • 1 (13 ounce) Asian salad kit, such as Taylor Farms® Asian Chopped Salad Kit
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of generously salted water to a vigorous boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes. Two minutes before spaghetti is ready, add edamame and mix gently.
  • After draining the pasta and edamame, gently place them back in the pot over low heat. Add the sauce and heat for about 1 minute until warmed through.
  • Divide the noodles evenly among 4 shallow bowls. Top with contents of the salad kit and cucumber slices. Serve right away for the best experience.
