Wholesome acai bowl sweetened with honey, topped with bananas, blueberries, coconut, and almond milk. Finish with your favorite garnishes like berries, nuts, or granola.
Ingredients:
  • 7 ounces frozen unsweetened acai pulp, partially defrosted in refrigerator overnight
  • 2 medium ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 0.75 cup almond milk, or more as needed
  • 2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon large coconut flakes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, add acai, bananas, blueberries, almond milk, and honey. Blend until thick and smooth, resembling frozen yogurt.
  • Divide the mixture into 2 bowls and generously garnish with fresh banana slices, juicy blueberries, vibrant pomegranate seeds, and crunchy coconut flakes.
