Quick apple coffee cake with cake mix and a fruity layer. Top with ice cream for a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and instant pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, and oil, mixing until well combined. In a separate small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  • Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan. Arrange a layer of sliced apples on top and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-walnut mixture. Pour the rest of the batter on top and repeat with the remaining apples and cinnamon-walnut mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, then allow to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before removing to cool completely.
