Quick and easy mini apple pies vanish fast with just four ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 1 can (21 oz) more fruit apple pie filling, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F for optimal cooking temperature.
  • Place 1 pie crust on work surface and cut out 6 rounds with a 3 1/2-inch cutter. Repeat with the second pie crust. Press the circles into 12 ungreased regular-size muffin cups. Use a small cookie cutter to cut out 12 shapes from the remaining dough, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  • Combine the apple pie filling and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl until fully mixed. Distribute the mixture evenly among the crust-lined cups.
  • Place a cutout on top of each muffin cup. In a small bowl, combine sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon until mixed. Sprinkle the mixture over the cutouts.
  • Bake for 21 to 24 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool completely in the pan for about 1 hour. Use a small knife to loosen the edges, then transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
