Delicious mini caramel apple pie bites made easy with mini-muffin cups and Pillsbury™ Pie Crust. Ready in just 35 minutes - a bite-size treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 1/3 cup canned apple pie filling, apples chopped into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Place the pie crust on a work surface and gently roll it out with a rolling pin. Use a 2 1/2- to 3-inch round cookie cutter to cut out 16 rounds from the pie crust. Press each round into an ungreased mini muffin cup, folding the edges if necessary. Generously prick each crust with a fork.
  • Bake for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Fill each chilled cup with a generous teaspoon of pie filling, then drizzle with a luscious teaspoon of caramel sauce. Serve right away for a delightful treat.
