Succulent ground beef stroganoff with creamy sour cream sauce served over tender egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, then drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, saute bouillon, onion, and mushrooms until onions are translucent. Remove from heat (crucial step) and mix in sour cream. Stir well and serve over freshly cooked egg noodles.
