Easy Cheese Pizza

25-minute cheesy pizza made with Bisquick® Original mix. Quick Italian delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 1/3 cup very hot water
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F with the rack in the lowest position. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water until a soft dough forms.
  • Press dough into pizza pan with fingertips dusted with baking mix, creating a 1/2-inch rim. Evenly spread pizza sauce over crust and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
