Speedy stovetop lasagna with savory sausage, mushrooms, and ooey-gooey cheese delivers big on flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pound hot Italian sausage
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
  • 1 (9 ounce) package no-boil lasagna sheets, broken into large pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and swirl in olive oil. Saute onions until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add sausage, red pepper, and mushrooms; cook until meat is done, about 5 minutes.
  • Add in the robust and classic flavors of Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional sauce, along with the broken lasagna noodles, water, and fragrant rosemary. Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat.
  • Simmer the pasta for 20 minutes until al dente. Uncover the pot, mix in the ricotta, 2/3 of the cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top and serve hot.
