Foolproof recipe for irresistible molten chocolate fondants.
Ingredients:
  • 4 store-bought chocolate muffins
  • 165g chocolate
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
  • 75g hazelnuts
  • Pure (thin) cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 200°C.
  • Slice off the tops of the muffins to create a flat surface. Discard the tops. Slice another 1cm-thick piece from each muffin to use as a lid.
  • Hollow out the center using a teaspoon and fill with chocolate spread. Cover with the lid, flip onto a baking paper-lined tray, and bake for 7 minutes or until warm.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve right away garnished with hazelnuts and a dollop of cream.
