Decadent cinnamon roll casserole with Pillsbury dough, pecans, maple syrup, and frosting - perfect for dessert or brunch!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12.4 ounce) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (such as Pillsbury® Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Icing)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour the melted butter into a 9x13-inch heat-resistant glass baking dish, like Pyrex.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 delicious bite-sized pieces and scatter them over the bottom of the dish. Keep the delectable icing to the side for later use.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined. Pour this delightful mixture over the cinnamon rolls and generously sprinkle with pecans. Finish by drizzling with luscious maple syrup.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, approximately 25 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
  • Warm the icing in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until it is smooth and pourable, then generously drizzle it over the cooled casserole.
  • Serve while warm and savor every bite!
