Indulgent lemony hollandaise sauce made effortlessly in a blender.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it bubbles, ensuring it does not brown.
  • In a blender, mix egg yolks, water, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne until frothy. While blending, slowly add hot butter until sauce is thick and emulsified. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl immediately.
