Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 3 medium lemons, juiced
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks until velvety. Mix in lemon juice and continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
