Mini monkey bread muffins are a bite-sized twist on the classic pull-apart treat adored by all.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough, separated and cut into quarters
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup margarine
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare your muffin cups with either a light greasing or some playful paper liners.
  • Combine the white sugar and cinnamon in a gallon-size resealable bag. Add the biscuits and shake to coat them evenly. Press the coated biscuits into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
  • Combine brown sugar and margarine in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle over each biscuit muffin.
  • Bake in the oven until the dough is cooked through, approximately 20 minutes.
