Super easy peach crisp made with canned peaches and cake mix for a quick and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, with juice
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 0.5 cup margarine
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Empty canned peaches into a 9x13-inch baking pan, ensuring they are submerged in juices. If needed, add a touch of water for coverage. Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar and sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon.
  • Evenly spread the dry cake mix over the peach mixture, creating a satisfying layer. Use a fork to gently poke holes in the cake mix for the sweet peach juice to seep through. Distribute small pats of margarine randomly on top. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and a light dusting of cinnamon for a touch of sweetness and warmth.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly with a crusty, golden-brown top, about 25-30 minutes.
