Indulgent pecan pie cheesecake - a holiday party must-have!
Ingredients:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1.25 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and salt until creamy. Spread mixture evenly over the unbaked pie crust, then sprinkle pecans on top.
  • In a bowl, mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, and vanilla for the topping until smooth. Pour over the pecan layer.
  • Bake until the pecan layer turns golden brown in the preheated oven, about 35 to 45 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack and serve while slightly warm.
