Easy pizza dough

Transforming simple ingredients into delicious meals.
Ingredients:
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 187.50 gm (180) warm water
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, yeast, and salt. Slowly add water and half of the oil. Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a large oiled bowl. Cover the bowl and let it stand in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 230C (210C fan-forced) and grease two baking trays with oil.
  • After punching down the dough, knead it on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide the dough in half and roll each piece into a 23cm x 33cm rectangle on a floured board. Place the dough on trays, prick it with a fork, spread pasta sauce, let it stand for ten minutes, then add toppings.
  • "Roast in the oven for 10-16 minutes."
