Delicious Swedish pancakes inspired by family tradition, perfect for a cozy Sunday morning. Enjoy with butter, maple syrup, or tangy lingonberries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
  • In a spacious bowl, vigorously whisk eggs. Then, incorporate milk, flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
  • Heat a non-stick electric skillet over medium heat. Pour batter onto the skillet, spreading it thinly to the edges. Cook until the top looks dry. Cut into 2 or 4 sections and flip with a spatula. Cook for 2 more minutes or until golden brown. Roll up each pancake and serve.
