Indulge in a cozy classic with Tater Tot casserole - a tasty blend of crispy tots, savory beef, creamy cheese, and flavorful mushroom soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (26.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch paprika, or to taste
  • 1 pinch dried parsley flakes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Brown and crumble ground beef with onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup, potato nuggets, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl until potato nuggets are fully coated. Spread the potato nugget mixture over the beef mixture.
  • Roast in the oven until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.
