Triple flavored pound cake: vanilla, orange, almond.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 6 eggs, room temperature
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon orange extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy, creating a lighter texture. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Mix in vanilla, orange, and almond extracts. Gradually fold in the flour mixture and sour cream, ensuring all ingredients are fully combined. Transfer batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool on a rack before removing from the pan to cool completely.
