Flaky golden pastries filled with savory feta cheese filling, perfect for easy entertaining. Just bake and serve to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 teaspoon water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine feta cheese, green onions, and egg in a small bowl. Cut pastry into 12 (3 inch) squares. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the feta mixture onto the center of each square. Dampen the edges with water, fold the pastry over the filling into a triangle shape, and press firmly with a fork to seal. Gently brush the pastries with the egg yolk mixture.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until a beautiful golden brown color is achieved. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
