Delicious sweet crepes - a household favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together eggs, milk, warm water, white sugar, flour, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
  • Gradually pour the melted butter into the batter while beating continuously.
  • Warm up a skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and slick the surface with a delicate layer of butter.
  • Spread a delicate layer of batter onto the prepared cooking surface, gently swirling the pan to ensure it covers evenly.
  • Brown the crepe on one side for 1 to 2 minutes, then flip and brown the other side. Serve immediately.
