Indulge in a vibrant fruit cobbler bursting with fresh peaches, pears, plums, and cherries, topped with a sweet batter.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sliced fresh peaches
  • 0.75 cup peeled, cored and sliced apple
  • 0.75 cup peeled, cored and sliced pear
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup pitted and sliced cherries
  • 0.5 cup pitted and sliced plums
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Layer the peaches, apple, pear, blueberries, cherries, and plums in the baking dish.
  • Combine sugar, milk, and egg in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Pour the batter over the fruit in the baking dish to completely cover it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes until golden and bubbly on top. Serve while warm.
