Fried hard-cooked eggs in butter with salt and pepper - a simple and tasty twist on a classic breakfast favorite.
Ingredients:
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan filled with water and bring to a boil. Allow the eggs to cook for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water and let them cool.
  • Gently peel chilled eggs and slice into generous chunks.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted. Cook egg chunks in the butter until they turn golden brown, for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
