Fruity yoghurt frozen bark

Create a colorful frozen yogurt bark with only 4 ingredients, perfect for a fun activity with kids.
Ingredients:
  • 500g vanilla yoghurt
  • 280.00g yoghurt
  • Watermelon, cut into flowers, to decorate
  • Honeydew melon, cut into flowers, to decorate
  • Rockmelon, cut into flowers, to decorate
  • Strawberries, cut into flowers, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper. Evenly spread vanilla yoghurt on the tray and smooth the surface. Add dollops of raspberry yoghurt and peach yoghurt alternately, then swirl with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with fruit flowers and place in the freezer for 3 hours or until firm.
  • Quickly transfer the yogurt bark to a clean work surface, cut into pieces, and serve immediately. (Alternatively, you can return it to the freezer.)
