Ingredients:
  • 20g butter
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 400g cup mushrooms, stems trimmed, thickly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 58.75 gm sour cream
  • 20.00 gm water
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 4 thick slices white bread, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, heat the butter and oil until sizzling. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  • Combine sour cream and water, mixing until heated through. Garnish with chives and serve on hot buttered toast.
