Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake & baking mix
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, add Bisquick mix and cut in shortening with a fork until particles are the size of small peas. Then, stir in milk and eggs until a soft dough forms.
  • Spoon the dough onto a cookie sheet without greasing it.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, about 13 to 16 minutes. Serve while warm and enjoy!
