Ingredients:
  • 7g sachet gluten-free dry yeast
  • 480g gluten-free bread mix
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Gluten-free plain flour, for dusting
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix yeast and 1 1/4 cups warm water. Add bread mix and 1 tablespoon oil, then stir until a soft dough forms. Place dough on a floured surface and gently knead into a ball. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • Flatten dough gently to release air bubbles. Separate into 8 equal pieces. Roll out one piece into a 20cm circle, then continue with the rest of the dough.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Add garlic to the leftover oil. Brush one side of the dough rounds with the garlic mixture. Cook two rounds for 4 minutes. Flip them over, brush with the garlic mixture, and cook for another 4 minutes until browned and slightly puffed. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough rounds and garlic mixture. Serve.
