Delicious and addictive homemade granola snack that disappears in no time - perfect for any snow day or hungry kids! Great for making in large batches to satisfy cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Combine rice cereal, oats, and raisins in a large bowl, then set aside. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the brown sugar and corn syrup until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the cereal and oat mixture, and thoroughly combine.
  • Use a large spoon to firmly press the mixture into the pan. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
