Make ahead chocolate mint freezer dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies (from 15-oz package)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, cubed, softened
  • 1/3 cup green crème de menthe liqueur
  • 1/4 cup white crème de cacao liqueur
  • 1 1/2 jars (7 oz each) marshmallow creme (2 1/4 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch pan by lining it with foil, ensuring the foil extends over the sides, then lightly coat with cooking spray. Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter in the pan, pressing the mixture evenly into the bottom.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao on medium speed until smooth. Mix in the marshmallow creme until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture is thick enough to mound when spooned.
  • In a chilled large bowl, whip the whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture until fully combined. Pour the mixture over the crust and freeze for about 4 hours until set.
  • Gently transfer from the pan using the foil. Allow the dessert to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Store any leftovers by freezing tightly wrapped.
