Delicious green bean salad with canned veggies marinated in tangy dressing overnight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Mix together the green beans, peas, corn, pimentos, onion, celery, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and water in a small bowl, then toss with vegetables. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
