Try this simple yet flavorful Thanksgiving side dish: Roasted Green Beans with Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, then evenly spread the mixture in a greased 17x12-inch half-sheet pan.
  • Roast the beans without a cover for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and have a nice golden brown color.
