Wholesome green waffles loaded with spinach, chia, cottage cheese, oats, and applesauce for a nutritious and convenient breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 0.75 cup oats
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Heat up the waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a smoothie blender (like a NutriBullet®), blend eggs, spinach, oats, cottage cheese, applesauce, chia seeds, and baking powder until smooth, around 5 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the hot waffle iron in batches, if necessary. Cook until each waffle is beautifully golden and the steaming stops, approximately 5 minutes.
