Elevate grilled cod with a flavorful Asian marinade for a delicious twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces thick-cut cod
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions:
  • In a gallon-sized freezer bag, combine cod with orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, green onions, ginger paste, and garlic. Seal the bag, removing any excess air. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to a perfect medium-high heat and oil the grate lightly. Place the cod in a grill basket and grill until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C), which should take about 7 to 9 minutes.
