Grilled Bacon-Cheeseburgers (Crowd Size)

Grilled burgers topped with crispy bacon and tangy blue cheese dressing for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and broken in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your grill for direct heat. Combine ground beef, onions, and pepper, then form the mixture into 12 patties, each approximately 3/4 inch thick.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat, covered, for 10 to 11 minutes, turning once, until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  • Lay burgers on bottom buns, generously spoon dressing over each, add 2 bacon pieces on each, then finish with the top buns.
