Bacon-wrapped corn on the cob, grilled to perfection with zesty seasonings - a must-have for any summer BBQ!
Ingredients:
  • 10 ears corn, husked and cleaned
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 (1 pound) package sliced bacon
  • 10 12x8-inch sheets aluminum foil
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients while you heat up the outdoor grill until it reaches high heat.
  • Season each ear of corn generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then tightly wrap each ear with 2 slices of bacon, ensuring full coverage (use an extra bacon slice for larger ears, if needed).
  • Securely encase the ears in aluminum foil by twisting the ends to seal.
  • Grill the corn on high heat for 10 minutes per side. Then, reduce the heat to low and continue grilling for about 45 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and the corn is tender.
  • Savor every bite!
