Marinate flounder in olive oil, celery salt, garlic, lemon, and smoked paprika for 30 minutes before grilling for a light, fresh taste.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (2 ounce) flounder filets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and celery salt in a bowl and transfer the flavorful mixture into a resealable plastic bag.
  • Place the flounder filets in a bag, pour in the marinade, remove any air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and gently greasing the grate with oil.
  • Grill the flounder on the preheated grill until the filets easily flake with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.
