Tender rabbit meat stays juicy and flavorful when marinated and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) rabbit, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup salt-free garlic marinade (such as Mrs Dash®)
Instructions:
  • Clean and dry the rabbit pieces, then transfer them to a spacious resealable plastic bag. Add the marinade, seal the bag, and give it a few gentle shakes to ensure the rabbit is well coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours, or overnight, flipping the bag occasionally.
  • Preheat a sizzling outdoor grill until piping hot and grease the grate lightly. Lower the heat to low. Take the marinated rabbit out, shake off any extra liquid, and dispose of the marinade.
  • Place the rabbit pieces on the lower rack of the grill. Grill until they develop delicious grill marks, are fully cooked with no pink meat inside, and the juices run clear, about 12 to 15 minutes on each side. Use an instant-read meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
