Grilled grapefruit with lemon sorbet

Quick and refreshing summer dessert ready in five minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 yellow grapefruit
  • 100g finely grated palm sugar
  • 10g butter
  • 4 scoops lemon sorbet, to serve
Instructions:
  • Halve the grapefruit and generously sprinkle with palm sugar for a delicious touch of sweetness.
  • Heat the butter in a large heavy-based frying pan over medium heat until it foams. Place the grapefruit halves, cut-side down, in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sugar caramelizes.
  • Divide the grapefruit into shallow bowls, pour over the pan juices, add a dollop of sorbet on top, and serve right away.
