Grilled king crab legs with zesty lemon, garlic, parsley, and a rich buttery finish.
Ingredients:
  • 8 sheets aluminum foil
  • 3.5 pounds Alaskan king crab legs
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 0.5 cup butter, divided, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or more to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill until it reaches medium heat.
  • Prepare the crab legs by laying them on individual sheets of aluminum foil. Squeeze a quarter of a lemon over each crab leg and place the lemon next to it. Distribute small cubes of butter over the crab legs, then sprinkle parsley and chopped garlic on top. Finish by seasoning with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Wrap each crab leg in aluminum foil, sealing the edges to create packets.
  • Grill packets until crab legs turn bright pink and meat is opaque, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then drizzle it over the crab before serving.
