Create a delicious Italian pizza in under 30 minutes by topping a crispy crust with tomato, cheese, and herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1 medium roma (plum) tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup finely shredded Italian cheese blend (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. Combine garlic, oil, and oregano in a small bowl, then brush the mixture over the pizza crust. Finish by topping with tomato, basil, and cheese.
  • Grill the pizza covered over medium-low heat for 7 to 9 minutes, ensuring to move it around every 2 minutes to prevent burning the bottom, until the cheese is perfectly melted.
  • Cut the pizza into 36 squares and serve while it's hot and gooey.
