Delicious grilled turkey sandwich with melted cheese and zesty salsa - ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 burger buns, split
  • 2 oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill. Combine ground turkey, parsley, onion salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form the mixture into 4 patties, each 1/2 inch thick. Grill the patties on medium heat for 11 to 13 minutes, flipping once, until fully cooked.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese onto each cooked patty. Sandwich the patties between the bottom halves of the buns, adding salsa and covering them with the top halves of the buns.
