Citrus marinated grilled turkey tenderloin paired with savory stuffing - a tantalizing dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 turkey breast tenderloins (each about 3/4 pound)
  • 1 package (6 ounces) turkey or chicken stuffing mix (6-serving size)
Instructions:
  • Combine lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Coat the turkey with the mixture, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 24 hours.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the rack. Get the coals or gas grill ready. Grease a 9-inch square aluminum pan.
  • Take the turkey out of the marinade and set the marinade aside. Grill the turkey over medium heat, covering it, for 15 minutes, keeping it 4 to 5 inches away from the heat. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions and spoon it into an aluminum pan, then cover it with aluminum foil.
  • Place the stuffing on the grill rack. Brush the turkey with the marinade, then turn it. Grill covered for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the turkey is no longer pink in the center. Get rid of any leftover marinade. Take the stuffing and turkey off the grill, and allow them to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Slice 1 1/2 turkey tenderloins into 1/2-inch pieces and enjoy with stuffing. Store the rest of the turkey in the fridge for scrumptious Easy Turkey Fajitas later.
