Elevate family mealtime with hearty potato beef tostadas for a satisfying dish in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small russet potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 (3.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 crispy tostada shells
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, break apart the beef and cook over medium-high heat until the fat begins to render, approximately 2 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Mix in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Evenly distribute the beef mixture, lettuce, olives, and Mexican cheese blend onto the tostada shells.
