Make a quick, fluffy omelette in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 smallish tomato
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 5.00 gm butter
  • 20.00 ml parmesan, grated
  • 20.00 ml chives or parsley, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml cheddar, grated
  • 2 thin ham slices
Instructions:
  • Halve the tomato, remove the seeds, and finely chop.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, sea salt, and pepper until combined. Pour the mixture into the pan over medium-high heat, cooking evenly until the underside is golden. Sprinkle with cheese, herbs, diced tomato, and place ham on top. Lower the heat.
  • Cook the omelette for an additional 30 seconds, then carefully transfer it from the pan to a plate, making sure it folds over itself. Top with butter, the rest of the cheese, tomato, and herbs, and serve right away.
