Effortless crowd-pleasing breakfast sandwiches: bake eggs and ham in 13x9 dish, top with cheese, and pair with Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 oz sliced deli ham, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and follow package instructions to make biscuits.
  • Preheat oven to a cozy 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in the ham. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25-28 minutes or until set. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 4-6 minutes until melted.
  • Cut the baked eggs into 12 squares. Split the biscuits and fill each one with an egg square.
