Bake a delicious brunch quiche with ham, Cheddar, and veggies in a simple press-in crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and mashed
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine 1 1/3 cups Bisquick mix, beans, and dressing in a small bowl. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9x3-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.
  • Arrange the ham, broccoli, and cheese on top of the crust. In a small bowl, mix together the milk, 2 tablespoons of Bisquick mix, and eggs until smooth; then pour the mixture over the cheese.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes, then gently loosen the edges of the torta from the pan and remove the sides.
