Mini quiche with endless customization options, ideal for breakfast or brunch gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup diced ham
  • 6 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and gently coat a 12-cup standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Gently crack 1 egg into each muffin cup, followed by swirling in 2 tablespoons of flavorful Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of savory ham, and a splash of rich 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk.
  • Bake in the oven until golden yellow and set, approximately 15 minutes.
